Can't download PDFs, brings me back to home page [Solved]

Hi, whenever I try to download a PDF file like the Lesson Notes or Lesson Transcripts, it just brings me back to the home page instead of letting me download it. I've tried both on Google Chrome and Firefox and the problem persists. I am still on my 7-day trial if that matters. Are you aware of this problem and is there a way for me to download these files?

EDIT: Never mind, I got a basic subscription and it fixed the problem!
