Your sentences are all correct, but I would say "Quali spaghetti vuoi?" (Which spaghetti do you want), instead of "Questi spaghetti vuoi?" (Do you want these spaghetti?)

I recommend to slow down the speed rate of the video until you've become more accustomed to the sounds of the language. Don't feel discouraged, the more you listen, the more you'll be able to understand! Also, it's not necessary to get every single word they're saying. Just try to focus on the general meaning.

I got it right, but only because I read over the Italian diologe because the actual video was going way to fast for an absolute beginner. I’d recommend slowing down the diologe so that it’s easier to hear every word.
