"Persona" is grammatically feminine, but it can be used to talk about both a man or a woman. Without more context, it is impossible to determine which one it's referring to, so both "he" and "she" are valid translations.

For the 6th word MORBIDO ; we say : di morbido cotone (or) di cotone morbido. The text and the reader don't agree.
